Serena Williams has shared a topless video of herself on Instagram this Saturday.

The tennis star, 37, can be seen cupping her breasts as she looks at the camera.

The cover girl's post began, ' This Breast Cancer Awareness Month I’ve recorded a version of The Divinyls global hit “I Touch Myself” to remind women to self-check regularly.'

She went on to say: 'Yes, this put me out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to do it because it’s an issue that affects all women of all colors, all around the world.

'Early detection is key - it saves so many lives. I just hope this helps to remind women of that.'

She had her hair pulled back and wore very flattering makeup.

he star then added, 'The music video is part of the I Touch Myself Project which was created in honor of celebrated diva, Chrissy Amphlett, who passed away from breast cancer, and who gave us her hit song to remind women to put their health first. The project is proudly supported by @BerleiAus for Breast Cancer Network Australia.'

The caption was emotional.

Williams wrote, 'I will always protect you. I will always stand up for you.

'I will always guide you. I will always be with you you. I was put here to be your mom.

'I love you like nothing I’ve ever loved before. I thank Jehovah everyday for you. Your momma.'

The child has on a cute little outfit that consisted of a white tank top, a little tutu and silver sneakers. There was also a pink now in her hair.

This comes after Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian has honored the tennis star with a powerful video.

He was celebrating her return to the US Open final a year after she fought for her life following the birth of their daughter.

The 35-year-old Reddit co-founder took to his Instagram page to share the inspiring clip, which is a mash-up of footage of Serena in the hospital with their newborn daughter Alexis last September and her on-court interview.

'She fought for her life, for our child, for recognition, for equal pay, for women’s rights. She never gives up. She’s passionate and unrelenting and the most inspiring person I know,' Alexis wrote in the caption.
